Habitat for Humanity NS Annapolis Valley Project is seeking a secretary to join our steering committee. This is a volunteer position. Duties of the secretary include;
1) Bind minutes from past meetings into a minute book.
2) Keep accurate minutes at yearly Steering Committee meetings.
3) Put together a current minute book.
4) Send copies of the minutes to HFH NS for safe-keeping.
Steering Committee meetings are held the first Wednesday of each month at the Village of New Minas Office. if you are interested in joining our great team and making a difference in your local community please email and let us know. We welcome everyone!

Habitat for Humanity NS Annapolis Valley is actively seeking land donations within the boundaries of Windsor and Middleton. Ideally lots would be able to house a duplex and is zoned accordingly. We do, however, build single family houses. Land donations are eligible for a tax receipt. HFH NS Annapolis Valley homes are built energy efficient and complement the surrounding community. We add a tax base for an otherwise unused lot. Please view our photo gallery to see our Wolfville build.
