HIAA chose Habitat for Humanity as its first Signature Partnership because both organizations share similar values: the strong importance of teamwork; respect for individuals’ worth and dignity; and the great benefit of groups of people coming together for the greater good.

Stanfield International Airport is Atlantic Canada’s principal full-service airport providing passengers and cargo clients with access to markets across Canada, the United States and Europe. It’s the only airport in Atlantic Canada to offer Canada Customs services on a 24 hour, seven day a week basis, and U.S. preclearance. HIAA chose Habitat for Humanity Nova Scotia as a Signature Partner in 2010, beginning a three-year commitment to support programs in HRM. During this partnership, HIAA will contribute $100,000 and approximately 300 person build days. In 2012, they will be a title sponsor for a home in Spryfield.
